The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, work email, organization, job title, phone number, and the message you write. Browsing the site does not require an account, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

How we use it

Form submissions are for internal use only. We keep your contact information on file so we can respond to you, and we use it in our sales process and customer relationship management. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own use.

Where it lives

Contact form submissions are stored in our CRM (HubSpot), which processes the data on our behalf. Access is limited to Speakman Consulting.

Removal and data requests

Email support@speakman.ai to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action removal requests promptly and confirm when they are done.

If our practices change, this page changes first. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
